Beaudesert Shire welcomes arrival of Bearded Dragon new Wedding & Conference facility to Tamborine.
Bearded Dragon Boutique Hotel is set to make a huge impact on Tourism in Beaudesert Shire. The all new Blue Gum Country Ballroom at Bearded Dragon Boutique Hotel, Tamborine, officially opens on February 10th 2005. The magnificent new venue will be opened by Taryn Onofaro from Channel Seven, Great South East, heralding a new era for tourism and events in the Beaudesert Shire.
To commemorate the opening invited guests will enjoy a Galah evening hosted by interactive theatre roving characters Cath & Kym in charming Australian Country Style. Guests will indulge in Beaudesert Shires local wines, cheese and sample the hospitality specialists selection of bushtucker canaps and gourmet cuisine. The event is proudly sponsored by Coopers Brewery and celebrations will include live entertainment, non-stop cocktails and full throttle fun.
Commenting on the new venue, Bearded Dragon Hotel’s Marketing and Events Specialist, Monique Gregory, said : “We are so pleased to move to the new phase of our business and offer a first class facility that will be the largest sit down venue in the shire. The Ballroom is fully air-conditioned with magnificent polished floorboards and has been built specifically to multi-purpose to the needs of our clients. Events will vary from weddings and small parties to seminars, product launches, exhibitions and corporate events. The venue will seat over 200 persons and is a much needed facility for residents whilst boosting tourism business within our beautiful shire!”
