Australian singer-songwriter Josh Rawiri brings together folk, blues, roots rock and a bit of pop, with a soulful sound made for kicking back with a cold one.
He’s spent plenty of time touring Australia and releasing original music, including tracks featured through triple j Unearthed. And here’s one for the trivia buffs… when Josh isn’t behind a microphone, you might spot him on the telly. He played wrestling legend The Undertaker in Dwayne Johnson’s series Young Rock.
Not your average Saturday pub muso, then.
Saturday Arvo at the Dragon
Josh is on from 2pm till 5pm, which gives you plenty of time to grab a table, order a feed and settle in for the afternoon.
Our chefs will be serving all-day dining, gourmet pizzas and changing blackboard specials that go well beyond your standard pub grub.
Add an ice-cold beer, a bottle of wine or a couple of cocktails and Saturday is looking pretty bloody good.
There’s live music every weekend at the Bearded Dragon, plus farm animals and a playground for the little tackers, plenty of country space and a relaxed atmosphere where nobody’s trying to rush you out the door.
