Born and bred in the heart of Cuba, George Smilovici is not your everyday muso – he’s a musical sensation! With skills that span over guitar, vocals, and composition, George is the maestro behind the Afro/Cuban/Jazz orchestra, FRENTE CALIENTE, back in his homeland. For half the year, he’s soaking up the Cuban vibes, recording his soulful tunes, and bringing down the house with his live performances.
In Australia, Smilovici plays a blend of Latino genres, jazz and bluesy melodies. From heartfelt originals to revamped classics spanning decades… George’s repertoire is as diverse as it is gets!

On weekends, residents and patrons can enjoy Breakfast from 8am, Free Live Music Saturday & Sunday (and some Friday Nights!) and a traditional Aussie Pub atmosphere that is rare to find nowadays. We are Family Friendly and kids can enjoy our Iconic Dragon’s Playground! Ask our Staff for complimentary Colouring Sheets or Grab a bag of Alpaca Feed from the Restaurant and head over to the paddocks and feed our Furry Friends all day, any day!
