AlphaStomp is a Blues act, based in Burleigh Heads, Q. Delivering no holds barred dirty blues, roots & stomp, combining the deep blues roots of Muddy Waters & Howlin’ Wolf with the heat and power of Jimi Hendrix & Angus Young.
Main influences – Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Rolling Stones, Son House, Jimi Hendrix, Seasick Steve & AC/DC, have played an integral role in shaping their signature sound.
​AlphaStomp seeks to offer something different and unique to Blues fans by performing music with an original twist using Cigar Box Guitar, Open Tuned Guitars & Slide Guitar.
Gigs so far have included The Gold Coast Show, Cooly Rocks, Buskers By The Creek, The Scare Crow Festival a headline show at The Gold Coast Arts Centre.
